Can someone explain why that was called out of bounds? I can see Scott Wood doing that same move over and over without any such call.

Switched over to OSU/Louisville game during halftime…man Louisville uniforms are horribly hip hoppish. Makes me think of words of wisdom from a song…”Pants on the ground Pants on the ground Lookin’ like a fool with yo pants on the ground”…

As one official spokesman said, “It didn’t matter what the verdict was, it didn’t matter if 10,000 National Guardsman was in place, they were gonna loot and set fires”. Sad but true.

Emotion can make what seems like easy answers to “why” go the way of “wtf”. One ask why did the officer shoot the young man so many times? Fear is a split second emotion. If the officers story is accurate that the young man had struggled with the officer before attempting to flee, but came back toward him running, who can say they wouldn’t unload their weapon until the fear factor was eliminated? An emotional decision we question.

Mourning is a deep emotion. Why did a parent incite riot and burning of innocent small business when they publically declare “F**K the Police” and “Burn the town DOWN”! Another emotional decision we question.

I’m not racist but if a person had been proven to disrespect a person of authority (store owner) just prior and had also just been shown to have an aggressive behavior (pushed store owner) and also a disregard for law (robbery) then maybe the person is not the “good Kid” some would like to say he is or was. But another emotional decision made by the young man.

Emotion and Perception can affect actions.

The quote of the year….maybe the new obit quote of my lifetime as a Wolfpack fan…

“I’ll die a Wolfpacker, but it would be nice to have a decent team before the head stone goes up.”

    Guess it will replace…

“Drink up life like a river ’till the Red and White delivers. And smile and know I loved you ’til the end”.

1-15 in DD second season sounds bad as is. If remember correctly, TOB was 6-18 in conference first three years with much better talent pool left from Amato. Amato could recruit just no discipline. In TOB first year he was 1-5 to start and second season Pack started 0-4 but with the help of what we now know NFL superstar QB Wilson he managed just 3 ACC wins. His third year TOB only won 2 ACC games with returning starter Wilson. Two in his third season with what could have been the ACC weakest as a whole. TOB was bad too and probably got a free ride into the next season and less criticism only because he beat UNC every year. I’m not throwing DD off the train just yet but do hope hes not as hard headed as TOB when it comes to change.

Alittle music while shooting the shet. Good tune from Scotty featuring our Outer Banks.

Agreed. I rode thru Stadium East lot and thought the same…couldn’t believe the parking spaces lost. Even the tree hedge and graveyard is gone. There is plenty of space across the road between horse arena and Bistro Grill….why not there. Going to be alot of people without parking. We park in Stadium East white so gonna be interesting. Poor planning to me but will wait see where and how they accomodate those affected.

Its clear the number of wins to this administration is more important now than the fans filling the seats. If had it to do over, would not have bought LTR seating years ago. Course, I got caught up in the Amato hype and the fantasy NC State football would be relevant by time I had paid for them. Wrong. A lot more things now are more interesting to do on a Saturday afternoon than watching Pack play Troy or Presbyterian… mowing the lawn may take priority.

From someone looking in from the outside, I do not understand the move. Is it because he thinks he deserves more playing time or is it because just not happy? It just seems its become an all about me mentality with college players now, not about for the good of the team. Not everyone can be starters, teams need role players but guess it more what have you done for me attitudes and less commitment to prove oneself on the practice floor. A jump the pasture fence as soon as the grass seems to need water. Its not always greener on the other side as some past transfers have proven. Whatever reason TL is leaving, I wish him the best.
