Here’s a question for you plywood – of the 4 guys under the basket – who had the best position? It was the Vatech guy.
I’m not sure what you’re going for there… that State was out of position (another coaching/team fail) or that VT had position and was therefore a prime suspect for the OB call?
Not dismissing State’s issues (FTs etc) but down the stretch I saw Cat get fouled on the last shot, ball off VT in OT, charge called a block. I’m not sure that the 3 that led to the bad OB call even hit the rim, so even had VT got the ball the shot clock would be 1 or 2 seconds…

Can anyone “in the know” fill me in on what happens next re: a discussion between the AD and the coach? Feel free to tell me what should happen as well as what you think actually will happen. Aspects that I’m interested in include: Is there usually a timeline with goals? Does the AD comment on the FB staff (OC, DC, etc) or does the AD leave that appraisal to the coach?
Obama would say we’ve got em contained at this point.

Utes should have won in regulation, shot themselves in the foot with mental errors. And for once I agreed with D.V., get it to the big guy for the last shot! I loved the Utes’ follow blocks. I think I saw 4 just in the last 3 minutes. Just about every time a Dookie looking for a foul.
