I think he is going to be successful but whats the rush to do this contract? He isnt going anywhere and if he has a great year next season and a big boy school still wants him this extension isnt going to matter. Just a bit of odd timing IMO.

I had the privilege of attending NCSU when John Caldwell was Chancellor. Randy Woodson reminds me very much of John. And, to me, that’s saying quite a bit for Randy.

Exactly, SaccoV. Just more media complicity in the Cheats’ propaganda, deflection, coverup, lying, etc. with absolutely no effort to get to the root cause of all of this, including ALL of those responsible from the beginning and appropriate prosecution and punishment for them. This is just another misdirection from pursuit of all of the facts and people involved. And I truly believe this goes well beyond the Cheater campus through state government and into the laps of many fat cats in and from N.C.
Maybe OT, but Wolfpack WBB is 22-3, ranked 10/13 and a VERY tough group of players IMHHO. The ladies DESERVE our support and I see no topics in this regard!

IMO the only way this has gone on this long without a TRUELY INDEPENDENT investigation is that the BOG and other responsible state government entities are complicit in it all. And that, for me, is easy to believe!

I hope that we continue to see a similar PT distribution. While the causes for the Pack’s giving up big leads in recent games are many, I think that fatigue was one of the primary ones. Having a fresh team down the stretch is most important IMO in winning tight games as well as holding big leads.
Hopefully the kids now know something of the value of patience now and will practice it against UVa Saturday.

After what Pitt did to UMd last night, I don’t feel as bad about our game with them. Yes, BJ, a good time to play ND. Maybe the kids learned something about toughness Saturday and can implement it tonight.
The single worst indictment of the AllCarolinaCall is the refereeing – in any sport. And it doesn’t matter if it’s an ACC game, ACC participant or not. It’s always awful. Look at ACC referees in bowl games, for example. There is ALWAYS a five-minute review of a play(s) followed by an OBVIOUS incorrect call based on all the clear replays provided by TV. Add to that the blue, primarily LIGHT blue, bias, and the league CONSISTENTLY shows nationally as a stacked deck PLUS incompetency.
