ParticipantGFK puts State up 4 with 2:50 to go.

ParticipantOT. Found a stream. C’mon Pack, your good luck charm is here!

ParticipantI was listening to FoxSports radio last night, and some yahoo Walmart uNX fan called in to say how the hOles were going to blow up the playoffs after “we beat Clemson and finish 12-1”. Obviously he is looking right past the Pack, as I imagine the team is too. Here’s to blowing up the h0les dreams when State catches them looking ahead and leaves Queasy looking up at the sky.

ParticipantThanks Sacco. State won 4 matches at the Wolfpack Duals this weekend. Will Clark, the Pack’s freshman from Cary, went 3-1 (one was a forfeit), to go with a win against Sacred Heart in the Northeast Duals. A good start to his career. Too bad he’s in Jack’s weight class đ
I’m looking forward to watching this team.

ParticipantWait, they are now reviewing retroactively? That’s a can of worms.

ParticipantVT, down 7, 3 and 2, ball on UNC 4…

ParticipantI like our backs.

ParticipantThat was a lovely drive. Laughing at “Bowling Ball”… that’s the nickname for a buddy of mine, a converted rugby/soccer player who I played basketball with. You definitely wanted him setting picks FOR you, not against you.

ParticipantFollowing recruiting is a frustrating and time-wasting proposition.
Guilty to a certain extent. Once Smith committed and I learned more about the supposed “package” deal, I got sucked in. Oh well.
MrPlywood
ParticipantStick with the plan Bam â you, Dennis Smith Jr and Adidas.
MrPlywood
ParticipantThere would appear to be plenty of playing time available đ

ParticipantBrandt has gone complete fanboy.

ParticipantLove Brandt’s “IT’S A FIRST DOWN!!! depending on the spot…” calls all day.
MrPlywood
ParticipantHas there been one play that FSU hasnât held 3 or more of our players.
LOL, there was holding on the INT. It’s all over the place.

ParticipantHold and block in the back tyvm.

ParticipantTable saucers? Katie bar the door! Woohoo! So much for impartial announcing.

Participant“Incomplete. Oh crap, he caught it.”

ParticipantRef said, “Huh? Holding? Sorry, wasn’t watching.”

ParticipantHines goes from stymied to 12 yards. Nice.
MrPlywood
ParticipantAm I seeing offensive adjustments?

ParticipantAt least the Packers finally made it a game after looking out of sync on both sides of the ball. I’m actually happy that they were fighting on the sidelines, get some fire boys. Regroup and keep going.

ParticipantI was curious about this, and found some info. Turns out that you can blame the “sponsor”, Linda Bowman, wife of Adm. Frank Bowman, director of Naval Reactors. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt since there does not appear to be any bias related to universities, so I’m assuming that it was merely referencing the “Tarheel state”. You can blame the crew for the uNX gear though.
“The Keel Ceremony and a Shipâs (Boatâs) Sponsor
A ship (or boat, as weâre discussing a future submarine here) has no crew or Commanding Officer at this point, so she her keel ceremony is overseen by her âsponsorâ.
This sponsor is a civilian who acts as a âgodmotherâ to the ship or submarine whose keel is being laid. Sometimes the sponsor is the wife, mother, or daughter of a submarine dignitary, or congressional personnel, and this person will return for her Launch, and commissioning. According to Donât Shoot the Albatross!: Nautical Myths and Superstitions by Jonathan Eyers, the shipâs sponsor is ââŚa sort of shipâs mascotâeven if most of her crewmates probably wouldnât want her to join them on board.â”

ParticipantNow, if you were sitting at your dinner table and a lion walked in, what would be your reaction?
Not worried, the Lions can’t beat anyone.
MrPlywood
ParticipantMaybe in the past, the receivers, on average, just havenât run fast enough to catch up with the passes?
That did cross my mind.:)
