Pack/Wahoos Open Thread

Today is the first of the Pack’s three remaining realistic shots (along with BC and the Holes) to win an ACC game. TOB would be advised to win all three if he wants to retire next year instead of next month. More importantly, a loss today would effectively end the season. See you kids this afternoon.

Glennon shoulda went to Auburn when RW picked the Badgers. Woulda been win-win for Pack alumni.

Do we have anybody who can catch?

  4. heavy 10/22/2011 at 3:47 PM #

Bjd: was thinking almost the same thing. Is he close to graduating so he could leave next year and go to a contender?

^Me too. I thought ESPNU was available here but not.

    Found this on PP.

Nothing like having all day to throw that td pass…

  8. Red_Terrors 10/22/2011 at 3:53 PM #

How are we not able to stop those weak uva plays. We are getting no pressure.

  9. nav 10/22/2011 at 3:54 PM #

^because we suck. Except for Glennon

  10. PackFamily 10/22/2011 at 3:54 PM #

I guess we should be happy we have allowed only 7 by 2nd quarter.

    at least UNx was creamed

  12. heavy 10/22/2011 at 4:03 PM #

I didn’t see that one coming. I was going with red zone t.o.

  13. Plz2BStateFan 10/22/2011 at 4:03 PM #

Our running backs are getting all of the targets after all of those drops. UVA has been lucky so far.

    TD… at last!

Great day for me: Heels got waxed AND Tigers got another easy win. Hope Dabo and co. can coach ’em up next week for the whacky Yellow Jackets. Can’t wait to see R-dub tonight against Sparty.

  16. nav 10/22/2011 at 4:03 PM #

    Thank god for Glennon

  17. hoop 10/22/2011 at 4:04 PM #

Once our receivers start catching footballs we score. What a concept!

  18. PackFamily 10/22/2011 at 4:04 PM #

Glennon is playing like a Senior. Eyes in back of his head; quick release; tucking and running.

  19. redcanine 10/22/2011 at 4:07 PM #

Yep, Glennon is in control and playing like a leader.

  20. BJD95 10/22/2011 at 4:09 PM #

How did we score? Was watching wedding vows via skype for the start of Q2. Go Pack!!

  21. nav 10/22/2011 at 4:09 PM #

    Amerson should play WR.

  22. WV Wolf 10/22/2011 at 4:09 PM #

How do we have a guy with the school record for interceptions and yet the secondary is terrible? Go figure.

  23. hoop 10/22/2011 at 4:13 PM #

Glennon is definitely as good as advertised.

    Underwood redeems himself.

  24. Plz2BStateFan 10/22/2011 at 4:15 PM #

Well, our defense is setup to create turnovers and prevent the big plays. With players like amerson it’s showing it’s value.

Somebody done used the Lord’s name in vain on UVA’s sideline (for having to use a timeout before an absurdly long FG attempt).
