Wulfpack, I’m with ya hombre.. I have no idea. All indications are that we settled for first coach to say yes. That’s not typically the method to get elite results.

We paid a consultant to allow interested coaches to indicate that in confidence and allow us to have back channel contact with people we might want to talk to. That’s why this all stayed so quiet until today.

Well nobody knows 100%, but it’s been reported by multiple sources that Sean was telling Arch not to take the job apparently because he “may someday” be the UNC coach.

Miller may not have been asked! They identified Keats weeks ago, maybe months ago!

I was so freaking pumped all day to watch Wichita State vs Dayton tonight. This fVcked my whole evening up royally.
I mean, it is literally not even the end of the 2nd day of the tourney. Shouldn’t we have seen if ANY other candidates that made it a bit further were interested? Hell no. Kevin Keatts had a winning record with a beach school. Regulators!!! MOUNT UP!

Face it boys.. we’re less than mediocre basketball school these days. Nothing about this makes any sense. Yow absolutely rushed this search in an overcompensation of her last basketball search. It was totally bungled.
We should have just kept Gottfried. Why did we do this to our athletic program. We better be paying him 20 bucks a game.
