    The defense has given up 409 yards and 31 points, and Clemson also missed a FG. That includes giving up 218 rushing yards, where rushing defense is supposed to be a strength. The defense has allowed Clemson to convert 3rd and 4th downs above 50% today (9/17).

    Meanwhile, the offense has scored 28 points and gained 423 yards and counting against a top 10 defense in the country.

    Both units have had mixed results, but, all in all, IMO the defense has been more disappointing so far.

    Poor clock management late in this drive. Playcalling does not seem designed for the situation – it took 1:45 to run 5 plays after the Clemson timeout.
