Frenchy had some big baskets. Batts looks to be the one who won’t play now that Beverly is eligible. I’m surprised to see Hicks minutes disappear. He did a lot of good things in the first three games.

Arizona was stone cold from 3 last night (12%) and not many of them were contested at least in the first half. So far we’ve shown good poise in the half court against what is traditionally a strong defensive team.

Watched the first 8 minutes and left to go have my birthday dinner. Returned home in time for the last 4 minutes. Looking forward to the replay. Having Beverly on the floor to drain FTs down the stretch is something we shall enjoy. Go Pack!

Only negative in the first four minutes is the 3 fouls. Zone has missed open shots but the Pack leads 7-6. Sweaty Arm Pits is still dry.

We dominated possession and were even in yardage but the two empty drive, to start and end the half were the difference.

Going for it and not making it on 4th down would have given them the ball on the 40. Those extra 20 yards may be the reason they took a knee.

Then again, given they were going against the wind, it was a reasonable gamble to go for it. I can see both sides on that one.

I would have run a sweep or swing pass on third and six to set up a shorter 4 th down and run some more clock. With a tail wind I’d give Bambard a shot from 50 based on what I saw at BC last week.
