Tractor57, it’s one thing when talent and losses demand change, it’s another to recognize the importance of role-players among the context of highly-regarded recruits and potential NFL stars. Although I’m certain that Lou Holtz probably did the same thing in his day with role players, I really enjoy what Doeren is doing to promote these unsung guys among his team.
