So the cold water is that N.C. State will probably not contend for the conference title. Hmmm not sure if that is cold water to most on these boards but maybe I am mistaken. I was encouraged by people saying that the Pack has an outside chance at making some noise this year might mean that they would do better than usual not actually be in an BCS game.
