GT game thread

We have won four of the past five and are still on track for a 11-7 if not better record. This is a road game so it will not be as boring as the last game but this one will not come down to a final shot.
I think we win by 8 points. 79-71.

    Does anyone keep stats on airballs per game? I think we almost have to be approaching at least a school record.

    Jeebus. When was the last time you saw a Woo airball? He can at least hit the rim from 60 feet.

    Calvin has a highlight for that behind the head layup (layout?) in the first half.

    NOW, they seem to be working on the Meadowlark MVP or maybe the MIP (Most Idiotic Play) selection.

    This is UGLY. I think the announcers (Guadio?) is correct, we seem to be in our Globetrotter razzle-dazzle passing routine. Brown has a bunch of TO’s…..if you throw up a “short” bomb that goes out of bounds and it doesn’t even hit the backboard, net, iron, etc.- THEN is THAT a Turn Over?

    That call there bugs me. The defender either has to give ground or be called for the foul.

    We just can’t extend the lead to any margin of safety. Gonna have to dodge an ill-timed Bees hot streak. Palpitations, as I unfortunately predicted.

    Refs f-ing this game up for Pack, and it has become a running theme. I have heard in past 3 games commentators talking about inequities of calls, what’s a foul on State is not a foul on our opponents. Last foul on Howell fan induced. Really?
