NC State/FSU Live Blogging

I already spilled lots of virtual ink explaining how important I believe this game is. Rather than re-hash it, let’s just say I’m eager to see if we can finally have a signature win to be proud of. It’s ours for the taking tonight.

Now, TAKE it, damn it!

UPDATE – Consider it taken!!!!!!!!!!

Wake up coaching staff. You have to finish the season before retiring to Charleston…..

  2. MA Wolfpack 10/28/2010 at 8:48 PM #

And their special teams are much better.

  3. BJD95 10/28/2010 at 8:52 PM #

Back to the mental mistakes from Wilson. Bed is looking like a good option at this point. Very depressing performance.

  4. Statefan1998 10/28/2010 at 8:54 PM #

    …out coached

  5. eas 10/28/2010 at 8:54 PM #

    Glennon?

  6. golf76 10/28/2010 at 8:55 PM #

    At least try Glennon.

  7. packer74 10/28/2010 at 8:55 PM #

    The rout is on.

  8. Rick 10/28/2010 at 8:55 PM #

    Wilson has been awful.
I would suggest putting Glennon in but there is no way TOB would dare doing something out there like that.
I am ready for the “grumpy old men” era to be over.

  9. BJD95 10/28/2010 at 8:56 PM #

Pathetic at this point. Why do we even bother? And FSU really isn’t that good.

  10. Statefan1998 10/28/2010 at 8:56 PM #

Like I said, 5-7. Off to bed, goodnight.

And people wonder why Archer gets flack for not adjusting. They’re going to out-route us to a 50 point loss if we don’t change the scheme.

    Here’s a big 3rd down here.

  12. GAWolf 10/28/2010 at 8:58 PM #

If FSU converts and scores, I’m going to do laundry.

  13. eas 10/28/2010 at 8:58 PM #

Out coached is the norm in Raleigh these days. Sure hope adjustments are made at 1/2 time.

  14. Rick 10/28/2010 at 8:59 PM #

Best case scenario is 7-5. Unfortunately it is enough to keep the geriatric journey going.

If we finish 5-7 TOB should be shown the door

  15. Rick 10/28/2010 at 8:59 PM #

I am done with this crap.

I think it is DVR time. They are really a joke.

    Jebus-H.

What is a blitz that stops at the line of scrimmage and doesn’t pressure and doesn’t drop back in coverage called?

    A touchdown.

  17. BJD95 10/28/2010 at 9:00 PM #

Game, set, match. At least the tailgaters won’t need to worry about coming back for the second half at all.

  18. packer74 10/28/2010 at 9:01 PM #

Game. Set. Match. 6-6 maybe 7-5.

  19. packer74 10/28/2010 at 9:02 PM #

    Switching to the Series game.

  20. GAWolf 10/28/2010 at 9:02 PM #

Can we not roll out Russell Wilson and let him go for broke? Run it or throw it… this RW pocket passer experiment has failed.

  21. golf76 10/28/2010 at 9:04 PM #

    Are we this bad?

  22. Rick 10/28/2010 at 9:04 PM #

    GA,
What, you think this coaching crew will change? They are the most stuck in a rut bunch of people ever.

  23. wolf2003 10/28/2010 at 9:06 PM #

I’m like you GA. I got a basket full of laundry to do. We are getting schooled on national tv and in our own house.

  24. coach13 10/28/2010 at 9:06 PM #

Well…I called it in the ECU game and I’m calling it now. Wilson will not lead this team to victory tonight. I don’t know what has happened to him, but he simply no longer has “it”. He has 0 judgement again this game, and I would bet dollars to doughnuts he starts throwing picks second half. I hope i’m wrong. I know Glennon will never go in but Wilson is shakey at best.

Defense is not going to stop this FSU team. D coordinators seem to have no answer other than try to catch them after they have picked up 15 to 25 yards.

We need fire on the sidelines. Maybe we should explore rotational coaches. Amato coaches in 2 year increments then we lay him off to hire new coaches (to replace the ones he runs off) and pick up quality recruits. Then repeat the process.

    Nothing really works for us……
