    I have been told repeatedly that is our “offense”. I find it hard to believe.

    first half – ugly

    But, we are in it. Javi is all we have at this point. UNC figured out our 3 ball is ice cold and is working smith with the double team.

    Expect more unless Wood heats up

    That almost got ugly fast. We better come out with a better gameplan for getting the ball to Tracy and contesting shots.

    Watching highlights of Fire running a fastbreak is painful.

    We’ve been a better second half team all year, if Wood gets going, Smith will dominate. Wood or Horner has got to step up.

    Well, holes didn’t come in fresh and angry, which means they either suck, or they’re on the verge of quitting on the whole season. With the strong finish to the first half, if we come out ready to go, we could step on their throats and put them away (and not just for the game)

    This is a very winnable game for us. We’ve had some solid runs, and at times were very scrappy going after the ball. We are just not recognizing that Carolina is a faster team almost to a player and their speed is killing us.

    Why is it that when Carolina plays us their secondary breaks look like last year’s instead of this year’s?

    Even on number of FGs and 3s made. Difference – FTs – Holes have 7 more FT shots than the Pack. Rs are hurting us (18 v 14) with only one OR. Scoring: Smith 10, Javi 10, DeGand 7, three with 2.

    Tim Brandt loves him some UNC. If you just listened to him, you would think that Carolina was up 23. And that awesome Carolina defense you keep raving about, Tim? They allowed fifty percent from the field in the first half.
