Humorous. But it is a shame that the foolish actions of a few students has led to painting the majority of CF attendees and Wolfpack nation with the same brush.

    I missed something.

Is this a reference to the people who piss in the woods over by Cardinal Gibbons?

  3. lush 05/30/2007 at 10:15 AM #

i think they are reffering to the either the portajohns, or the students pissing on each other in the student section

    “fastest tailgaters”

is this a refernece to our tailgating time limit???

Butch Davis, the minority hire. It’s just the right and honorable thing to do!!!

Sidney Lowe, eh, big deal. He wasn’t really hired for the right reasons.

    Signed,
    Barry Saunders

    Students pissing on each other??

Okay, I’m glad I didn’t get season tickets last year.

  7. El Scrotcho 05/30/2007 at 10:59 AM #

Unfortunately, students pissing on each other was one of the high points of last season.

  8. lush 05/30/2007 at 10:59 AM #

not me, i sit opposite the students!

and i dont think they were trying to piss on each other, they just didnt want to get up and lose their seat, so they just relieved themselves wherever they were

We made Deadspin with our in-stands pissing against BC last year. I was so very proud.

Yet, TOB came here anyway. Or maybe he was impressed that our fans were dedicated enough to piss where they were rather than miss the action.

    That all DEPENDS.

^^They must have p/o’d someone over at the Technician, or perhaps there was a leak. Or something.

THe pissing in the football stands beats the vomiting in the basketball arena two years ago.

  13. redfred2 05/30/2007 at 2:18 PM #

Are you saying somebody actually “heaved” during a basketball game?

I feel obligated to step in and at least partially defend the students. As I remember it happening, if students left the student section during the now infamous game, security denied them reentry until halftime. We didn’t know they weren’t letting us back in at halftime and assumed there was no reentry for the rest of the game. As a result some students didn’t go to the bathroom for fear of missing the game. Eventually some gave in to natural urges that come with too much drinking. You know the rest. Disgusting but certainly avoidable with better planning by event staff.

I remember fondly the night one of my fellow students (after a lifetime’s supply of beer) heaved over the top railing at CF. No one down below noticed until it hit them.
    Nasty

  16. noah 05/30/2007 at 3:58 PM #

I remember fondly the night I was walking by the student section and a bucket of vomit landed on me.

No, not really. But that’s how I felt watching the last UNC game in charlotte.

Thanks for making a little sense of it, and explaining the situation to us. I was about to bust to get the run down on it, and your release is certainly a relief to know.

Just think , we owe the NC State spoof to our great adminstrations who set up the stupidest and most inept student ticket situation in the country.

Oblinger and Stafford, keep treating our students with no respect and it will lead to great things from these future alumni. I am sure they will give to their alma mater, whicht denied them the right to an actual assigned seat.

  19. redfred2 05/30/2007 at 9:54 PM #

If NCSU’s administration has one admirable quality, it would have to be their consistency.

  20. BoKnowsNCS71 05/31/2007 at 9:45 AM #

Not sure we can blame it on the ticket office. The game was the BC game. Mostly in Section 15 next to where I sat in 14. There were more students in the seats then were allowed.

Got so bad than whenever we walked down the steps to go to the real bathrooms, they’d move to our reserved seats. They may have had a problem getting back into the section if they never had a ticket for that section anyway (or they could have borrowed one) and walked the few hundred feet to the bathrooms. Instead, they did their business in their cups and you can figure out the rest.

Technician blew the lid on the story and RAWFS had somc coverage at the time. So now we are open to mockery based on the antics of a few.

And that my friends is the rest of the story.

  21. redfred2 05/31/2007 at 6:18 PM #

All of these stories slowly leaking out only now, after some inward pressure to just let it go, the evidence all layed at other people’s feet, but guess whose reputations will be soiled by this? Not the administration, OH NO! It will all come to rest in the laps of those crazy, lunatic fans, in Section 15.

  22. BoKnowsNCS71 06/01/2007 at 8:33 AM #

Just don’t drink the Mountain Dew from Section 15 and if you walk at street level, avoid the yelllow rain. Prince hasn’t changed the title song. 🙂
