She’s got some fierce competition, but she got my vote.

Guys, seriously. The ACC Basketblog has the Erin story to end all Erin stories. I’m not kidding. Never before in my life have I read such an in-depth, fully digested, cover-all-the-angles sports story until I read The ACC Basketblog go into the critical vote for Erin at 850 The Buzz.

There will be tears in your eyes at the end. It’s chillingly beautiful. “I laughed, I cried” is a cliché — but I can’t help myself here. I LAUGHED, I CRIED. They should make a small booklet out of that story. It is incredibly motivating. I want to give 150 percent in all my endeavors in life after reading that.

And not just a book. I believe that this could be the next great movie: “ERIN.” I hope Jerry Goldsmith does the soundtrack. I’ve got goosebumps at the thought.

After reading the ACC Basketblog’s life-changing work tracking the story of Erin, you won’t just vote for Erin. You will be reinvigorated. You will want to spend the rest of your days looking for ways to “Vote for Erin” in everything in your life. This community will be a better place, you watch.

Don’t fire till you see the whites of their eyes.

    Win one for the Gipper.

    And vote for Erin.

    Thanks, ACC Basketblog. Thank you.

After that, I’m voting for Erin again!

All this time I thought the ACC Basketblog was using a simple spam program to post the exact same spamming post on every entry. I didn’t really think they were “tracking” each and every “story” that they said they were. I used to wonder why StateFansNation put up with that crap.

How wrong I was. How terribly, horribly wrong.

I will spend the next several months on my knees in penance for being so critical, so wrong, against such great, transcendental sports blogging — sports blogging and so much more, approaching oneness with the universe, a unity so beautiful and purifying that mere partisan Wolfpacker I can never hope to approach it.

Erin is a little thin…hopefully she still has some enamel left on her teeth.

Still, I voted for her anyway. Go Pack and all that.

    Beo,
    I agree with you.
The story was incomplete without their verbose yet witty addendum.

My legal reasearch indicates that all young women named “Erin,” “Brandy,” “Sherri,” “Amber,” or “Dawn” always say “Hey!” instead of “Hello” when on videotape.

Just thought everyone would like to know.
