    Is that the asheville coach? What a performer, watch out broadway. I heard on ESPN that he thinks the problem is that the league hires umps with the personality of a manequin. Although it may be true, the league is more apt to send him to sit next to Ozzie Guillen for some training rather then look into a personality lithmus test for umps. What a year for NC minor league baseball, what is it the 20 year anniv. of Bull Durham or something?

    The resemblance and manorisms are uncanny. To think that I didn’t even know Herb Sendek had a younger brother coaching in the minor leagues, unbelievable.

    America’s favorite pastime, mom and apple pie, fun for the whole family, it’s Asheville vs Hickory in Thursday night “Slap Down.”

    We could have had something similar to this on the basketball court next season if anyone had just listened to me about who the next coach should be.
