Rodon is right about expecting a return trip to Omaha. The pitching staff looks great, especially with the Peterson twins appearing to be as advertised. I can’t wait to finally make it to a game next Saturday to watch them exact revenge on the Bruins.

I agree that the Pack played a good game and hats off to Coach Gottfried (and the assistants) for putting together such a good game plan both offensively and defensively. Still some wins to be had that could bolster their tourny resume and it all starts in Little John Coliseum tomorrow night. Will be interesting to see how this young team reacts.

People can argue all day about the TJW foul, but the constant fouls called away from the ball that enabled Syracuse to score during much of the second half are what still has me angry. They were constantly getting all of their points from the charity stripe (17-1 free throw count at one point).

Not sure why Barber let his man run free down the court on the final play. Also, not sure why Lee waited until the last minute to show up on the offensive side of the ball. I feel like he should be our second scoring option so it’s unacceptable. Too much is put on the shouldes of our wing players without having a post player capable of scoring on anything besides a tip dunk. It’s awfully hard to watch this team, and I’m anticipating Saturday being even worse.

Unfortunately Brock Ruble committed to FSU today. Hopefully we stand a chance at stealing Derrell Scott away from USC.
