Yea, Gott is right on regarding the fan hate. He’s a WAY better coach than some of you deserve, honestly. Some facts that are easy to forget:

1) This was supposed to be a “rebuilding year” loaded with underclassmen.
2) We have the 6th hardest schedule in the COUNTRY!
3) We are now consistently in nail biters or even beating the best teams in the country.

I totally get being a State fan desperate for a Final Four team yesterday, but some of you need to consider the possibility that your expectations are insane. This coach and this team deserve way more than fair weather support.
