Hope all ya’ll are having a great Christmas week….
I’m alternating between rampant noise with the kids in town and absolute boredom… but I’ll survive until…
Friday 3:00pm ET — El Paso Texas — The historic Sun Bowl featuring our Wolfpack versus the Sun Devils from Arizona State….
The intriguing questions as I see ’em are…
1. Will Finley come out big after three weeks off?
2. Will Chubb be on the field leading his boys?
3. Will Nyheim, after much needed rest, be at full speed and get his 200yds?Three Yes answers == a solid Wolfpack victory !!

#NCSU-North Carolina's #1 FOOTBALL school!At least the forecast is not frigid there. Almost every bowl game I’ve watched so far has been cold. At least the one in Detroit was indoors. If that one had been outdoors it would have been a real bear, polar bear that is. -1 at game time. THAT is FREAKING cold, which it’s going to be here for the next 10 days or so. Stay warm folks and enjoy the Pack on the tube.

I watched a bit of the BC game – field so frozen that they needed lumberjack boots. Not a good look for either team.

Don’t expect to see NC State’s Bradley Chubb in Sun Bowl#NCSU-North Carolina's #1 FOOTBALL school!Knowing Chubb to be the competitor that he is, it would not surprise me in the least to see him strapped up and ready to play…and if he doesn’t, I wouldn’t be surprised either. God Bless him, and the rest of his family either way.
Play or not it is his call – that does affect my opinion of the young man. If it was $100 it might but here we are literally talking millions. Plus I think we have other capable DLs. Later today we will see.
