OK… so we’ve had the week off, more or less, with little to do but bask in the euphoria of last Saturday’s solid win over the TarHoles and to pontificate as to the probabilities of dancing….
Now… it’s time to hit the hardcourt…
—————————–The Irish visit the PNC today at Noon… and instead of speculating, let’s review the facts…
1. Neither Team is the same Team it was on January 3rd…
2. Our biggest pluses are the return of Markel to 100% and Yurt7’s steady improvement as a legitimate ACC Center…
3. The Irish have been plagued by injuries and will be 2.5 men down today…
4. The Pack has won 12 out of 14 games in the PNC this season, thanks, in no small way, to the crowd in Red & White who have enthusiastically embraced Keatts’ ‘We’re gonna play hard for 40 minutes’ style of roundball…As for today’s game, Coach has already told our kids…
“Forget that last game in South Bend. We play our game on our court. We win.”
