High Point wins the ineptitude award for the evening.
Tony Haynes called State a “big-time opponent” for High Point. I just wish that statement was based on the current State team.
Man, I’ve been listening for 4 minutes and it’s a microcosm of State bball. Missed free throws, sketchy D, bad clock management, ineffective big man… all against a supposedly inferior opponent, and it ain’t over!
Well now it’s over – Cat desperation 3. State wins!

Seriously….curling.
Listening to the last 90 seconds of that on the radio (had to pick the kids up from Beaver Creek) was really depressing. Not only did Twin B’s idiocy in not pulling the ball out for the last shot almost cost us the game, but it may have also cost us Twin B. YEESH.
Plus, you know…our horrible radio guys.
