ParticipantLook at WBS being all slick and finishing that off.

KeymasterRick I’ve been saying the same thing but have been told numerous times:
1. Our super transfer Lacey will work out where no transfer has before.
2. Our freshmen players will improve magically as Sophomores more so than ever has before.
3. Our midrated incoming freshmen will carry the load more than the current midrated freshmen have this year.I have seen the twins play. They are going to carry any offensive load.
Yeah no way all of those thing happen02/22/2014 at 3:38 PM #42043wufpup76
KeymasterLewis superb today … also impressed with how active Freeman has been in limited time.

ParticipantThe only important question left to be answered today is ….
“Do we finish this game strong and going away or do we limp into the locker room with a modest win??”

KeymasterVandy’s tip-ins only work when he’s on defense.

Given toys team lost to wake and central, nothing is guaranteed

KeymasterI understand why they would play “Triangle and 2” (with the 2 both on Buckets), but it sure is making things easy for the other 4 guys.

Keymaster“Vandy’s tip-ins only work when he’s on defense.”
^Apparently … poor fella. It’d be nice for him to be rewarded – he’s had a solid game on the offensive end w/r/t ball movement and screens. Still woefully un-quick on defense, but that’s ok Vbeg.

ParticipantKW has that same problem Avie Lester used to have…can’t make a move to the bucket without putting it on the floor first.

KeymasterI’ll give the boys in red this much, at least they are trying this game.

KeymasterCall looked fine to me

KeymasterWe do NOT need Le Nard taking midrange jumpers. Down to 8, because we are sleepwalking.

KeymasterIs it just me or are those rims extremely dead? Balls just die when they hit it.
02/22/2014 at 3:48 PM #42059BJD95
KeymasterI would think about going three guard for awhile.

KeymasterTime for Buckets to do his thang.
02/22/2014 at 3:49 PM #42062BJD95
KeymasterTHREE defenders on Buckets there. Barksdale should get T’d up.

Participant^Avie Lester…. the proud owner of the “ugliest” jump shot in the history of NC State basketball…
Not even Jim Valvano could fix that!Nevertheless… few worked harder than Avie…
He played about 10 years over in Europe… and is back in North Carolina now…#NCSU-North Carolina's #1 FOOTBALL school!02/22/2014 at 3:50 PM #42064wufpup76
KeymasterGuess we thought it was over when we got up 15.
02/22/2014 at 3:50 PM #42065Wufpacker
ParticipantNow the officials are physically assaulting us…I knew it would come to that eventually. 😀
02/22/2014 at 3:50 PM #42066BJD95
KeymasterI vote for three guards and a Hippo.
02/22/2014 at 3:50 PM #42067MrPlywood
ParticipantI get the same impression jiga.
02/22/2014 at 3:51 PM #42068BJD95
KeymasterNo matter what…we MUST get Frenchie and Vandy outta there. Le Nard will fight someone, and Vandy is plodding.
