ParticipantOur bench clearing needs a sponsor. I’m thinking a sunless tanning cream manufacturer is missing the boat here. Those boys are really, really white.

ParticipantBarber 1 assist and 5 turnovers. Needs to reverse the ratio.

ParticipantFree Throws:
Jax 15-17(.882)
NCSU 18-28 (.643)
That’s going to bite this team later.
No idea how/why this hasn’t been a point of emphasis since last year.

ParticipantMy nature is to focus on the negatives since those are things that need to be corrected. 15 TOs is too many against a team of this caliber, especially 5 by Barber. The FT shooting is one of the few things you can evaluate regardless of opponent. 18-28 isn’t horrible, but it’s not spectacular either. However, when you point out that 4 of the missed FTs were from the Martin twins and a garbage minute player then the FTs look a lot better.
Most players have a significant jump in their FT% from their freshman to sophomore seasons, i.e. +7.5%. That is an area that needs significant improvement from Freeman, Washington and Anya if we are going to win close conference games. <50% FT shooting from the big men will cost us games.
Did we really get 20 offensive rebounds and 53 total rebounds?!? Were we playing Lilliputians? -
