    According to Mark Armstrong of WTVD ABC11, Mark Gottfried has been fired. Obviously, we will update this entry as more information becomes available.

    Whitt’s plenty fun, and is already employed by NC State. Pretty sure we couldn’t get Hodge employed via the state rules (in time) even if we wanted to…

    But he’s a fine “Plan C” name for the permanent search, oh fellow School of Engineering classmate…

    so if he’s going to fired at the end of the season i image this was not supposed to get out. absolutely no reason not to go the interim route maybe they can make a run with the monkey off their back.

    either was leaked or “leaked” intentionally.. but clearly not supposed to be a clear cut mid season public firing
