Was at the game. UGLY for a while. It follows the Gott Shirt Predictor.
That IDIOTIC white with the UNC BLUE Strip or Check is a LOSER. I think that we are about 1 X 10 when he wears it….no matter HOW he tries to conceal it with a RED tie. Obviously he does NOT believe in superstitions.
As to the GAME. It was a battle. Santa seems to have brought the Rowan and Martin Team, their “SHOT”. Lets hope that they continue to be good little boys and he does not come back and leave them a lump of COLD.
This is probably, about as good as it is going to get. We have 5 starters and 2 subs.
YES, Henderson is injured. BUT, when he returns, it will take several games for him to “get with the team”. Remember how Whit, who played 4 years, had to adjust when he came back. Kirk has made maybe 5 appearances and looks more like a walkon than a scholly. He is sitting further away from Gottfried that Cannon and Corchiani.
SO, if we get whistled….it is gonna be UGLY.
The bigs looked better. The Laugh In gang was hitting. Cat was just playing like Cat and improving his average.
Freeman did look like a man possessed. GOOD for him. Cody seems to be improving, but he had his moments where he muffed his D and made a pass to a NE player….and Gott quickly put Freeman in and “shared” a little love with Cody…
OFF to Charlotte Town….GO PACK.
