I love the enthusiasm. I hope we’re not equally quick to swing the other direction.

Where’s my edit button? If anyone is interested, you can watch TJ score 12 points in the first 6 minutes of the game, including two 3 pointers.

Meanwhile the holes struggle to beat Central. I like the sound of that. Hope that trend continues.

Watched the game last night and I was impressed on many levels. The defense looked good. The inside game was not there. Jump shots and driving to the basket was on display. The one feed I saw from Martin to BJ was the only interior pass I remember. I am sure there were more than that but we need to feed the big men. They are going to work that in at some point. Let’s hope the interior game can provide some offense. The defense from Jackson State was weak so they took advantage of what they could.

Lacy is the real deal. He can run the point so I don’t think we need to worry about Lee running the show. Abu seemed to be a no show but that was because they didnt work the inside the game.

Lacey was definitely running the point when Hipster Cat rested his paws. He was plenty good at it. Des is solid enough as a backup and defensive specialist.

I am starting to see MG’s vision for our program, and I like it. It’s athletic, but skilled and intelligent. Most of all, quite fun.

No he sure won’t. Hornacek said earlier this week he is going to be an excellent NBA player. Perfect system for him.
