    When we talk of maximizing our talent – with Got – the translation is to not minimize it and screw it up too much???

    Maximizing talent would be UVA and Miami coaches.

    Rick, bud we aready know about Gott. Lord help us. Its last year all over. Watch guys I am telling you. I really hope I am wrong but even with the talent we have we look no better then last year.
