The biggest concern for me isn’t the transfers, the poor play, etc., it’s Gott’s seemingly inability to capitalize and build from one year to the next
I think the players leaving are a big part of the inability to build from one year to the next. Three players a year leaving early throws a wrench in the best laid plans.
