JJ Hickson posterizes Deandre Jordan

Former NC State Wolfpacker, JJ Hickson, had quite a run this season after being traded from Sacramento to Portland. We thought you would enjoy the following video:

From this entry.

…combo forward J.J. Hickson continues to put on a clinic for the beautiful fans of Rip City. The 6’9’’, 250-pounder has averaged 14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, while shooting 55.5 percent from the field. All signs point to Paul Allen and Co. resigning the big fella during the long offseason, which will be here sooner than later for the 28-35Trailblazers. Hickson (23-years-old), originally drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the 19th pick in the 2008 draft has risen to the occasion in replacement of all-star and injured LaMarcus Aldridge. Hickson had his best season during the 2010-11 campaign.

For more on Hickson, we’ve compiled a nice little tag archive on our message forums that you can review by clicking here.

NBA dunk of the year? No way. Pretty sure Blake Griffin owns that category.

I wish the Bobcats or Hornets or whatever they are going to be called would interview Nate. That guy needs to be coaching somewhere. Bring him back to NC.

Isn’t “Beastfitnation” the guy that’s been posting this link to his website over and over in the forums? I’ve seen him create a thread for this at least twice.

^ 3 times. Is it his agent or something? Nice dunk, though.

Always knew Hickson was athletic but didn’t realize he could get up like that. The last angle shows his eyes pretty much level with the bucket (close, at least). Fairly impressive.

Eyes level with the basket? Nope. The low angle of the last shot makes it look that way though.
