Former WR Chris Coleman back in football

NCSU alumnus Chris Coleman is amidst his first season as Lenoir-Rhyne University’s Wide Receivers Coach. Coleman joined Fred Goldsmith’s staff after spending the past six years as a licensed real estate broker in Charlotte, N.C.

Professionally, Chris played for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans (2000-02), NFL’s Europe Amsterdam, the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League and the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.

While at NC State, Coleman compiled 1,909 yards in 122 receptions (totals that still rank among the top 10 in Wolfpack) playing alongside Torry Holt and Koren Robinson.
