Coach Sidney Lowe addresses the crowd. NC State womens and mens basketball teams held a Red Rally at Reynolds Coliseum. The event on Friday October 16, 2009 featured mini-scrimmages, hot shot competitions and dunk contests. Men’s Head Coach Sidney Lowe and Women’s Head Coach Kelli Harper, in her first year, both addressed the crowd.
