Wearing Red, Williams nabs 3.5 sacks vs Broncos

Mario WilliamsYou can click on this link to see one of Mario’s 3.5 sacks last night. Super Mario is starting to receive praise from media members who had been critical of the former number one pick.

Williams is now second in the NFL with 13 sacks on the season.

The Texans usually wear what they call their “Battle Red” jerseys once a year for a special game, but I have never seen them wear red pants with the jerseys. Obviously, Wolfpack fans will find it fitting that Williams had such a big game decked in all red.

Today’s entry would not be complete without you clicking here for more.

“Couple years ago Pep got busted for roids”

No, he didn’t. He got busted for an herbal supplement that had a banned amphetamine in it. Peppers has been total crap this year and I hope like hell that the Panthers don’t try and resign him. But we can at least be honest. He never got caught taking steroids.

Jim Rome on his show Friday gave Mario major props and apologized for hammering him (and the Texans) over their draft choice…

UNBELIEVABLE!!! ROME….ADMITTING HE WAS WRONG????? Will wonders never cease (or it could be one of the signs of the apocolypse).

Rome also had Mario Williams on right after the I-40 incident and Mario owned up for his mistake by admitting it was stupid and he won’t ever do anything like that again. Rome seemed very impressed by Mario and gave him props for the interview and his apology.
