Pack to host Northwestern in ACC/Big 10 Challenge
NC State will host Northwestern on December 1st as a part of this year’s ACC/Big 10 Challenge. You can click here for the full pairings.
The ACC has won each of the past 10 challenges. ACC teams have won 62 of 97 (64 percent) of the games. The ACC won last year’s event 6-5.
Sorry…I overlooked the previous entry on this topic here on the blog.

Glad to be back in this. That was one of my goals for last season, however it was the easiest goal on the list.
SFN: ACC/Big Ten Challenge Set (Northwestern at NCSU 12/1)
We need to eliminate the Big 10 challenge and replace it with something a little more interesting. It has ran its course.
How about 4 conferences playing a challenge, (ACC,SEC, Big East, Big 12)? Each team plays 3 games (one against each conference). Conference with the most victories wins the challenge.
This way we can eliminate a couple of cupcakes from everyone’s schedule.
Some of u math wiz’s can figure out the details.
Time for an ACC-SEC challenge. 12 on 12, no one gets left out, and it’s likely a more even matchup. Only drawback is if it finishes 6-6, who wins?
A good match up of cellar dweller teams from both conferences.
Other than the time we played Michigan State, we always draw the most unglamourus teams. I guess that is the consequence of irrelevancy and geneally sucking donkey balls for so long.
I blame Lee for not lobbying hard enough to get Indiana or Penn State.
