FSU & VPI Fans Boo Teams on Saturday

Neither FSU or VPI’s articles about their respective games made mention of the prominent booing that was highlighted by the television crews covering both games.

    VPI fans also booed the #3 ranked Hokies and Frank Beamer on Saturday night. No word yet from their Athletics Director.

    The Noles’ fans capped off a nice cascade of boos for Xavier Lee’s second appearance with a fan mouthing “WE SUCK!” as ABC did one of their fan cam sweeps.

    I guess earning a bid to play in the inaugural ACC Championship Game is as good as chopped-liver in Tallahassee.

    The Sporting News’ Tom Dienhart has his “Top 25″ events of the weekend and it includes some comments about the Wolfpack and Chuck Amato.

    He also has an interesting perspective of booing:
