Wolfpack Wrestling takes the 2016 ACC Championship! State avenged the dual meet loss to VT and won the team championship with 90 points to VT’s 81.5.
Jack, Gantt, Rohskopf and Gwiz won individual championships, Renda and Fausz placed second and Boykin and Morris each took third. All 6 qualify for the NCAA tourney.
Two more of the Wolfpack have qualified for the NCAA – I think it’s Donahue and Hall – for a total of 8. That’s huge for the national team scoring.
Well done guys, well done.
