Interesting story on former NC State QB Erik Kramer. He survived an attempted suicide and depression. Seems like yesterday he made the hail mary to win against SC.

I saw Jeff’s story last night and also read it this morning.
Add me to the list of folks that know exactly where I was and what I was doing when he made the score….or perhaps threw the pass …
Was in the basement doing some ammunition reloading and my 16 YO son was helping me.
He also remembers it.
My parents went to Raleigh that weekend and the younger brother got them tickets to the game. My mom still talks about it.
I moved back to the east coast in Dec ’86 and my brother got us tickets to the Peach Bowl. Dick Sheridan and Erik Kramer made it easy to forget the Reed era.
