T.J. Graham was the biggest name among the cuts on Saturday. The former North Carolina State wide receiver was the Bills’ third-round pick back in 2012. He caught a total of 53 passes for 683 yards and three touchdowns in his two seasons in Buffalo.
They worked all summer to get a trade done.
TJ became a well liked Bill for his time given off the field.
Sounds like the Titans waited around and were able to pick him up without having to give up anything in a trade.

Whatever happens heretofore, It was Buffalo to give him the shot.
