Ditto. Ya know, “he’s one of the best guards in the ACC”. Pfffft.
03/05/2016 at 1:24 PM #100691TexpackParticipantCat Barber 1 on 3 in the open court is totally unfair.
03/05/2016 at 1:46 PM #100693WufpackerParticipantOy vey.
Just don’t lose to Wake on Tuesday please.03/05/2016 at 1:50 PM #100694WufpackerParticipantNice outlet pass Mav.
Oh wait…no, it wasn’t.03/05/2016 at 1:54 PM #100695MrPlywoodParticipantThat got out of hand quick.
03/05/2016 at 1:56 PM #100697WolfanaticParticipantForward! to Glorious Next Tuesday!!!
03/05/2016 at 1:58 PM #100698choppack1ParticipantNice anchorman reference plywood.
I thought it was funny how the announcers said “Notre Dame found their offense today.” Was anyone expecting them to struggle?
03/05/2016 at 2:34 PM #100699JaxPackManParticipantAnyone still here?

Jacksonville, FL03/05/2016 at 2:36 PM #100700JaxPackManParticipantMost telling comment from one of the TV guys was “NC State looks a little disinterested on defense…”
Is it just me, hasn’t that been the case all year?

Jacksonville, FL03/05/2016 at 2:38 PM #100701BJD95KeymasterI watched the Leicester game. Chose wisely!
03/05/2016 at 3:10 PM #100703TheCOWDOGModeratorActually in a good place. USA Baseball Complex. Awful lot of Irish here, though.
Plenty of Pack, too
03/05/2016 at 4:32 PM #100704choppack1ParticipantJust heard something funny this kid on Kentucky is the first academic all-american they’ve had in 20 years guess they don’t have an African American Studies department
03/05/2016 at 4:54 PM #100705BJD95KeymasterAmen, chop. And that is EXACTLY WHY I have no problem with the Calipari way. At least he isn’t making professors hand out phony grades.
03/05/2016 at 5:46 PM #100706choppack1ParticipantYep BJD – this unc-ch scandal has once again proven the blatant hypocrisy and/ or laziness of the mainstream media.
03/05/2016 at 9:15 PM #100716john of spartaParticipantc ya tuesday
03/05/2016 at 11:05 PM #100717bigbel27ParticipantProbably a reach but draw isn’t horrible, beat wake, Duke is beatable as is ND; if Cat gets hot and Rowan and Caleb shoot well, can get to finals
03/06/2016 at 7:08 AM #100718graywolfParticipantThe sad thing is that if Cat is really gone then next year looks even worse than this year.
03/06/2016 at 10:57 AM #100726BJD95KeymasterWe now have to beat Duke to achieve a .500 season. SIGH
Dunno how anybody sees ND as a winnable game with our essentially 6-man team playing 3rd game in 3 days (and the Irish fresh).
I’m pretty sure Wake will plow us, I think we just want this season over at this point and I can hardly blame ’em.
03/06/2016 at 12:05 PM #100728redisgoodParticipantI agree, they could easily lose on Tuesday. I think everyone is ready for this season to end.
In terms of next year, we will be fine at the guard and wing positions whether Cat leaves or not. I don’t think a 1st year Smith will be better than a 3rd year Cat, but Henderson and Dorn will add quality depth. I am positive Rowan will be better, and the Martins are excellent role players. But the big gaping hole is down low. Abu is turning into a rebounding and scoring machine, but it ends there. Beejay has hand of stone, he can’t score or rebound. And I’m not sure what kind of contribution we will get from Freeman, maybe he won’t even see the floor. I don’t know what Gott can do to fix it, but he needs to do something. It’s been said many times before, losing Bam was a crushing blow.
03/06/2016 at 3:39 PM #100739BJD95KeymasterYes, we need to sign a post player. No question.
03/06/2016 at 6:36 PM #100745choppack1ParticipantYou can do it the Maryland way – you just need to find a big man suspected of sexual assault.
03/06/2016 at 7:58 PM #100751john of spartaParticipanthow things change:
NBA was a Center game, then a forward, now a guard game.
NCAA was a guard game, then forward, now a Big game. -
