Ok so he will not be a freshman but Derek Funderburk a former OSU recruit who was dismissed because he failed to meet with team expectations after his 2016 redshirt year is a former 4* PF recruit. The 6’10 – 225lb player transferred to a junior college and will run with the Pack now that he has signed a letter of intent. He formerly attended Hargrave Military Academy.
He was recruited by Thad Matta redshirted his freshman year and then Matta was fired and Funderburk was released shortly after Chris Holtmann took over. He transferred to Northwest Florida State College. Holtmann said classroom was a reason that he was let go.
I thought I saw his weight at 225 but this article has him at 205.

We are seemingly expecting some early attrition. The scholarships don’t seem to add up otherwise.
I think the idea is that Yurtseven is done after this year.
