Guys, IDK, but I think something was wrong with Y7 which hurt us. He was a step slow and needed alot of breaks. Rebounding killed us. And KK needs to find a cure for Maye. I just don’t know if effort was the problem today.
Here’s a novel idea. How about not running at the jump shooter behind the 3 point line! Two games in a row not playing basic defense. Can I retract my two week old endorsement of this coach or is it too soon!

This. A HUNDRED times this. You don’t need to leave your feet to contest a three. That’s some elementary school shiite. Our guys constantly get embarrassed that way. Either the guy nails the three, or he cuts inside. And you’re left looking like a fool. Don’t leave your effin’ feet; it’s not that hard.
Not gonna win any game when an opposing player in last two games goes for over 30 pts on you. Mayes 27 in second half was unexcusable. Carolina shooting over 75% another dagger. Still had a chance with 3 minutes go. Can’t help wonder what was up with Abu getting more playing time than Yurt. No reports of him sick or hurt. On to the Orange, a lot of work to do it get a dance card now.

A bit negative eh. Calling Keatts a bust or a savior at this point is a bit silly. He has coached a team that was not even 500 with more talent to a team that is bubble worthy. We will see what happens long term but certainly to throw Keatts under the bus already is silly.
OK… I made it all the way up and down I-40 in about 9 hrs…
The worst part other than the final score was getting out the West Lot at the pNC…And I see you guys held your own…

You’re right this is where the defense needs to improve. They have figured out the running them off the 3 pat line but that requires some help for the times you are a bit out of control getting there. At least make them throw 2-3 passes to find an open shot.
In fairness to Keatts, he needs more athletic bigs to play this way. I think he’s done well with a makeshift roster. WF, GT, and BC are must wins
