I have some vocal fold issues so when I get the usual “Mrs. Bruce” my answer is click. Same goes for political calls – click. People that know me are aware of my issue. I do give some leeway for real calls – but not a lot.
My calls usually end when they ask, “Is this Mr. Smith?”
