Syracuse
Preseason AP rank #9 in the nation.
Several (sorry I didn’t count ’em) weeks ranked #1 in the nation.
Lost 4 of their last 6 games. Needed last second shot to win 2 games prior to last 6.
#2 seed in ACCT, lost 1st game to #7 seed NCSU.
#3 seed in NCAAT, lost to #11 seed in round of 32.
NCSU
Preseason picked to finish #11 in the ACC.
Made semifinals of ACCT beating #2 seed Syracuse in route.
Had ACC POY.
Lost to #5 seed (5 returning starting seniors with 3 years NCAAT experience) in round of 64.
So the question is (think you know where I’m going with this): Would you rather have our season or Syracuse’s?
