This isn’t really me but I’m really impressed with the D, the intensity, and the all around play. Who are these guys?
Note that Cat’s man has made ONE shot. ONE.
^Yeah the switching out top and Cat’s active perimeter on-ball D really helped disrupt their pick-and-roll and dribble penetration. Downside was that they got some open 3’s and knocked six down, but that was basically their ENTIRE offense for the half.
That was a good way to finish the first half. Overall, like what I’m seeing in both effort and results. They’ve got a nice lead and haven’t even had to rely on their usual suspects yet. Have to see what the halftime adjustments are going to be.
Good shooting and defensive rebounding according to the numbers. Of course you’d hope so against a team that just jacks up 3’s, even with the long rebounds.

Yup, if they beat ya by having their secondary guys hit 60% of their 3s, you just shake their hands and get on the plane home! Can’t take away everything.
We shall see how they counterpunch in half two. I hope our swagger carries over. We were in Wolfpack Badass mode that I don’t think we’ve seen since the Nate McMillan days, quite frankly (in terms of full team, not just crazy one or two-man shows).
Finally made it home. The stream is frozen, but I’m hoping that’s the halftime pause. Jeremy if you expand the video window the popups stop. But, the picture can look pretty bad. Sophie’s choice.

thoughts on the game: don’t open the lead anymore, that’s typically bad. oh and good start to the game, would like to see more. : )
