ParticipantGT maintained possession of the ball for 32 of the first 42 minutes of the game. They bludgeoned the Vols defense with the run. So what do you do with 12 minutes to go? Why you throw the 42 yards bomb and score quickly. How can you credit a defense that gave up 41 points? They never surrendered. They pounded Tech at the end of every play. They temporarily knocked Marshall out of the game which was pivotal. They recovered two fumbles and blocked a fg. They made the game winning play when it mattered. It was a great game to end the weekend.

ParticipantDid you watch the game McCall? Or being your usual jestful self? A team that scores 42 pts having possession of the ball only 18 minutes does not stink. Tenn will kill SC. And GT will “run thru” the coastal division.

ParticipantThe Council of Trent? Come on, man, it’s the 500-year anniversary of the Reformation. Hop on the bandwagon!

ParticipantVols with two c–p kickers and a coaching staff that doesn’t understand the concept of a safety. I can’t rag too much. A Furman TE catches a 20 yard pass which is five yards behind an entire defense and then outruns everyone for 50 yards.
