    Is there a way on this system to do that? I have a personal matter to discuss with a SFN member (not a big deal, I just don’t want to discuss this issue with the whole site) and I need to be able to send a PM to that user.

    There is not. We’ve got that feature over at PFN though if whoever you’re trying to contact is registered there as well.
