ParticipantRALEIGH — Blake Harris, a talented point guard and transfer from Missouri, has committed to NC State. The former target for the Wolfpack in the 2018 class originally headed to Mizzou, but just days after he left the Tigers he visited Raleigh and has given a verbal commitment to the Pack.
Harris attended Word of God Christian Academy in Raleigh before attending Mizzou and was offered by coach Kevin Keatts. He is a former 4-star prospect in that 2018 class and ranked as the No. 8 player in North Carolina and No. 120 in the country. …While there is no current scholarship for Harris at this time, he was told that there would be a scholarship for him once the season is over. Therefore, he will walk-on through the 2017 season and be immediately eligible to practice with the team and is expected to be eligible to play early on in ACC play during the 2018-19 season.

ParticipantThe roster will be incredibly thin the rest of this year and can not afford any injuries or more arrests or the managers may have to suit up!

Good luck to Mr Kirk. I’ve said all along that Kirk wasn’t an ACC player. He will play a lot more at UNC-P.
Harris may transfer three times before next January at his current rate so don’t hold your breath on this kid staying happy. -
