Learning how to deal with success is every bit as important as learning how to deal with failure. Amato took this zenith to mean “it’s all about MEEEEEE!”…and the program cratered soon thereafter.
Damn, that Gator Bowl was fun, though. Last bowl game I’ve attended in person, likely the last I will attend (as I get old and more insane/reclusive).
