SFN interviewed for tomorrow’s Taylor Zarzour show [Updated 8:30pm]
We just wanted to let you know that Taylor Zarzour of the “The Sports Drive” will air an interview with a member of the StateFansNation author focused Lee Fowler’s departure on Friday morning.
Zarzour’s show airs from 9am to 12noon on 620am in the Triangle. (Link to broadcast schedule) Our interview is expected to air around 11:15am.
We think you will find the interview very interesting. It went very well and felt ‘typical SFN’ — not the same old cliched conversation that you get from most interviews.
The conversation was approximately 20 minutes and will surely be edited/abridged for broadcast. But, SFN will link to the entire interview on Friday after the broadcast.

Which author was it that was interviewed? Because if it was Derek Medlin, I’ve interviewed him before and I expect a similar trainwreck.

Nice to see SFN getting some props.
No offense to the SFN group or to Mr. Zarzour but any station that hosts Jim Rome won’t have the pleasure of my company.
^ Rack him.
Come on, tractor. All the sports radio stations in the Triangle are the same group — they just allocate shows into different time slots on different stations.
Come on
Awesome! Looking forward to hearing the full audio.
Very Nice! Looking forward to the link. Should continue to help traffic on the best NCSU site there is!
SFN,
I admit it is like tilting at windmills or cutting off my nose to spite my face but it is what it is.
Looking forward to hearing this. TZ has always been a balanced voice in radio around here, even back when he was the morning guy on the small station that was a competitor of 850′s.
Will it be streamed or available afterwards?
I am looking forward to hearing this
Interview covered four basic topics/questions and lasted for about 20 minutes.
Approximately 11 minutes of the conversation will be on the radio.
We will link the entire conversation here in the afternoon.
