We found an incoming link to SFN from a great blog named, “The Hot Hand in Sports”.
In this entry Hot Hand takes a look at Fresno State’s run to the NCAA Baseball Championship and links to an old SFN entry focused on RPIs.
Just thought you may have some interest. The blog is unique and takes more of an intellectual view of sports than you see in most places. That should be right up VaWolf’s alley!

VaWolf is by far one of the best analysts in the blogosphere today. And I am not saying that to blow sunshine, it is an objective fact…actually it is a stat.
Thanks for all you do VaWolf. Most of the time my head hurt so badly after stat class in H Hall that I would search in vain for a corner to compose myself in before I could proceed to the next academic struggle on that day’s schedule. Happy to report I make it through your posts pain free. Looking forward to some winning ‘Pack records for you to work your magic on.
