KeymasterI may have mild interest in Temple/Vandy, but not staying up until 3am for it.
08/28/2014 at 10:19 PM #54605Wufpacker
ParticipantYeah, what happened there? Could have sworn the listings had that as a 9:15 kick.

ParticipantI wonder if greywolf found that pony yet. Thanks for thread.
08/28/2014 at 10:21 PM #54607Wufpacker
ParticipantNever mind. Just saw the weather delay notation.
08/28/2014 at 10:23 PM #54608BJD95
KeymasterLightnin’ I suppose. I do miss the old days when they’d just play in whatever conditions may be. The risk of death just makes it better tv.
Quite the derpfest in Atlanta tonight. I will be 1-1 going into the Temple/Vandy all-nighter.

KeymasterChannel flippy update – Wazzu hosts Rutgers on FS1. Not good, but something.
08/28/2014 at 10:40 PM #54610Wufpacker
ParticipantI was gonna check on the FFS’s, but don’t feel like searching for PAC12N on DirecTV. “Penn State Football Story: The Next Chapter” scheduled now on MASN. Sheesh.

KeymasterRalph Freidgen sighting in Pullman!
08/28/2014 at 10:55 PM #54612Wufpacker
ParticipantRebs putting on the push, you might be golden there. Temple/Vandy kicking now.
08/28/2014 at 10:59 PM #54614Wufpacker
ParticipantSurvey says….no PAC12N on DirecTV. Meh.
08/28/2014 at 11:00 PM #54615BJD95
KeymasterThe South rose tonight after all! Boise is shit on offense, and undersized on defense. The dam finally broke when Johnny Reb quit shitting themselves.
Go Owls!!
08/28/2014 at 11:02 PM #54616BJD95
KeymasterBoise needs 2 garbage time scores to backdoor cover. Don’t see it happening. 14-6 was the outcome I feared.

ParticipantI am here late. So what was the deal with the Wake game? Was it delayed?
08/28/2014 at 11:10 PM #54618Wufpacker
ParticipantTemple/Vandy was delayed just under 2hrs.
Wake game went off on time, ULM won 17-10 after making me sweat in the first half.
08/28/2014 at 11:12 PM #54619Wufpacker
ParticipantSpeaking of sweating, hope Ole Miss hasn’t gone to sleep on this one.
08/28/2014 at 11:14 PM #54620Wufpacker
ParticipantDude had nothing but daylight ahead, LOL.
08/28/2014 at 11:24 PM #54621BJD95
KeymasterTotally nuts. No free TD for me, thanks. I needed the subsequent 3rd and 12 conversion to breathe again.
So happy football is back.
08/28/2014 at 11:27 PM #54622Gowolves
ParticipantThanks
08/28/2014 at 11:31 PM #54623Wufpacker
ParticipantYes, FB is a wonderful animal.
NP Gowolves.

KeymasterTemple looks solid to send me to 3-0! I told Cowdog this would be my trifecta (TAMU, Johnny Reb, Temple), too. Of course, I didn’t actually put any money on it because I am stupid.
08/29/2014 at 12:28 AM #54625Wufpacker
ParticipantYep, your Monopoly money appears safe this evening.
08/29/2014 at 12:31 AM #54627Wufpacker
ParticipantHooray Laura Rutledge. Best looking thing the whole first half.
08/29/2014 at 12:49 AM #54630Mike
ParticipantBJD, if you still have a copy of the Klempsun game from 86 I would love to get a copy.
08/29/2014 at 7:13 AM #54634BJD95
Keymaster^ I wish I had the sense to have kept it. Alas…

ParticipantSumlin continues to prove how far behind the SEC was in offensive football prior to the arrival of A&M and also how much of the defensive reputation of the SEC was based on QB play on the level of Bo Wallace.
If A&M’s defense holds up they are going to have a chance to make the playoff.
